PixSnap is a pixel-art jigsaw puzzle game developed by Jinada Studio ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles and the choices you have.
Your game progress — completed levels, stars, statistics, hint balance and in-progress puzzles — is stored only on your device. We do not operate accounts or servers, and we never upload, see, or share this data. Deleting the app deletes it.
PixSnap shows ads (rewarded videos and interstitials) served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its certified ad partners may collect information from your device, including device identifiers, IP address (which can imply approximate location), device and app information, and ad interaction data (such as views and taps). We do not receive personal information from this process; it is handled by Google under its own policies:
PixSnap does not request permission to track you across other companies' apps or websites (no App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown on iOS).
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the app asks for your consent before showing ads, as required by law. You can review or change your choices at any time in the app under Stats → Privacy options.
PixSnap is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat, no user-generated content and no social features, and it never asks for a name, an email address or a photo. Ads are limited to a general-audience content rating.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because we store nothing about you ourselves, such requests regarding advertising data are best directed to Google via the links above — but you can always contact us and we will help.
If we change this policy, the new version will be published at this address with an updated effective date.
